Verification

The ledger records the causal history of a decision — rules considered, applicable, fired, evidence used. A ledger event is recorded, not sealed. It does not prove execution or external outcome.

Select a consequential action from the register to inspect what happened after it was permitted or attempted, what external evidence we possess, and what we can legitimately claim about the outcome.
